How it works?
You provide us the required medical documents and other details requested in the form.
We or our volunteer partner will notify you the actual cost, timeline for delivery and the payment method.
You make the payment.
Our partner will ship the package and provide you the shipment tracing number.
We provide two kinds of services.
We will purchase the medical supplies and then ship it to you.
It will be very helpful if you could provide us the approximate cost of the medical supplies, if you know it based on your earlier purchases.
Total cost =
If the documents are approved: Shipping cost (approx Rs. 1,000.00/kg) + Cost of medical supplies + other overhead costs, if any.
If the documents are not approved: Shipping cost (approx Rs. 2,500.00/kg) + Cost of medical supplies + other overhead costs, if any.
Documents required from you:
Your passport copy.
Copy of the prescription form the doctor.
A letter from the doctor confirming that the person you are requesting medicines for is a current patient of the doctor and he is prescribing those medicines to the patient. The letter must have the doctor's signature, date of signature and a seal.
If your family has already purchased the medicines and other supplies and they are available at your home in India then we can help with shipping them to the US.
We will need the details of the contact person in India.
